Iron "skool"

Here is the second of our winter project bikes. A 2010 Sportster 883 Iron we have fitted a mini ape chrome handle bar and relocated the turn signals to the bottom yoke, forward controls also a flush fit fuel cap to give it a sleek look when looking down the tank, it is running on ultra cool old skool white wall tyres which set the bike of beautifuly with the progrssive 11" black shocks and side mount license plate, performance wise this 883 is a ready to go with a Vance and Hines competition 2-1 exhaust, Screamin eagle super tuner and high flow Joker Machine Stainless air cleaner.


 

Ret-Bones

It was finaly time to make use of the "quiet time" in the workshop and get some cool mods on the go, so here is the first a 2010 X-Bones with a twist. it has a Heartland Bobber rear fender with custom pin striping and a tan leather sprung saddle Vance & Hines Short Shot pipes heat wrapped and some cool custom heat shields, a very sexy finned air cleaner unit be-spoke rear turn signal relocation and a Heartland side mount license plate and lowering kit,

my bike almost 1000 miles in!

Ok i have almost covered 1k miles and still going well i keep touchin the pegs down allover the place there super low but makes a very satisfing sound scraaaape!

its lookin a little dusty at the mo need to give her some lovin and may have to think about engine upgrades as i got out run by a bloody corsa the other day, 105mph flat out and run out of road! next on the list is low shocks and super tuner and prob some progressives for the front im scared i may bite my own tounge off from how firm the front end is!!


New top speed!!!!!

I reached the staggering top speed of 117mph on the way home from work woohoo!!

special delivery!

Yesterday we recieved 21 harleys, all UK bound US militry bikes now come to us, so all the bikes are delivered to us and we shall be preping them and handing over to the customers its a great contract to get and should definatly keep us busy!

Ok i feel like i havent blogged in ages, but here goes.........
we finished Mo's Fat boy at long last and after a few changes along the way it was ready to go, and think it was well worth the wait! it looks amazing!

my bike is ready for the road!!!!!

ok so my bike has only covered the pdi milage but i have already started cutting things off and putting new bits on.......

mods to date are:
relocated coil (between the jugs using self made bracket)
relocated ignition (below seat near tank)
lifted the tank 1.5 inch
hid the wiring loom under the tank
fitted side mount plate
fitted forward controls
stripped the baffles outta the original pipes and scotchbrited

It's fully loaded with Genuine Harley Davidson Narrow beach bars with diamond back braided lines & Battistinis black oval grips, Roland Sands Design Vintage seat and fender kit, bespoke seat cover and trim, Sparto style tail light and Smoked Indicator lenses, full Stage 1 with Vance & Hines staggered big shots with black ceramic heat shields & Screamin Eagle Race Tuner & Retro 50's style Air Cleaner, Bespoke paint & pinstiping, Reloctaed rear indicators,
This bike has been completely designed by our in-house custom team and is for sale for the price of £18,750

We have progressed on Mo's bike it is now a rolling chassis once again........
were just waiting for some cables to arrive and after neil is back from training we should be able to put the tins back on, we are aiming for finishing it next week!















Ok its been a while since i have had anythin to report on our Cross Bones Special, the price of waiting for custom parts huh..........





Anyways we have now had the fender back its been painted and pin striped by Brian Lee and lookin good, he has also taken the RSD seat pan to paint and pin stripe ,the seat has been covered by Tealess Trim Shop http://www.tealesstrimshop.co.uk/ and it is starting to look like a bike again!!!
